Codepack Premium is currently sold as a one-time purchase. If future plan tiers are added, previously purchased Premium licenses keep their Premium-tier access and any stated grandfathered benefits.

Acceptance of Terms

By using nikolasifyart.com, purchasing Codepack Premium, or accessing related support and licensing services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Terms of Service.

Eligibility and Accurate Information

You must provide a valid email address when purchasing a paid license.
You must provide the correct username, purchase email, and license key when using the hosted /codepackAuth/ page.
You are responsible for the accuracy of purchase and contact information you submit.
You must comply with the laws that apply to your location and your use of the service.

Website and Service Use

You may browse the site and use the free Codepack tier for lawful purposes only.
You may not misuse the site, interfere with service operation, or attempt unauthorized access.
Any commercial rights to Codepack remain owned by Nikolasify Art. Codepack is licensed, not sold.

License Security and Anti-Abuse Rules

Paid licenses are issued by email after payment verification succeeds.
The hosted /codepackAuth/ page may issue a short-lived signed auth grant so the browser can return a verified license session to the Codepack app.
Each Stage 1 license is intended for one active device at a time.
When a new device attempts activation, an email approval flow may be required before the binding changes.
Attempts to bypass activation limits, tamper with verification, or share license keys improperly may result in revocation.

Support, Updates, and Changes

Reasonable product updates and support may be provided at our discretion and according to the purchased tier.
We may change site content, pricing presentation, and service details as the product evolves.
Material legal or commercial changes may be published on the website or sent by email where appropriate.

Privacy and Data Handling

Codepack licensing uses only limited service-fulfillment data such as email address, payment identifiers, username, license key, short-lived auth-grant records, hashed device fingerprint, extension version, platform-related metadata, and timestamps needed for activation, support, and fraud prevention.

We do not collect source code, repository file names, prompts, or other project content for licensing. Payment processing is handled by PayPal, and full card details are not stored on our servers.

Disclaimer and Liability

The website and related services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or services, and aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected purchase during the previous 12 months.
